Position: Human Resources Business Partner

A Day in the Life:

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) drives HR strategies to support leaders, team members, and organizational goals. As the go-to HR contact for your assigned program, you’ll enhance work relationships, morale, and productivity while navigating all aspects of the employee experience.

What You'll Do:

  • Act as the first HR contact for leaders and team members, managing employee relations, onboarding, engagement, and policy guidance.
  • Lead investigations to ensure safety, compliance, and risk mitigation.
  • Partner with leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, talent development, and change management.
  • Facilitate onboarding for new and transferring team members, ensuring a welcoming and seamless experience.
  • Execute HR strategies aligned with organizational priorities, ensuring legal compliance and impactful results.
  • Support initiatives in performance management, diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement.
  • Maintain accurate HRIS updates and collaborate on organizational changes, such as promotions and performance plans.
  • Serve as a backup for Talent Acquisition and other HR roles as needed.

Skills and Qualification:

  • Three to five (3-5) years of progressive human resource experience with five (5) years being preferred. 
    • Experience as an Human Resources Business Partner is preferred.
    • Human Resources experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
    • Significant experience in various HR disciplines, including talent management, organizational development, talent assessment/development/coaching, compensation and rewards, performance management, employee relations, or change management.
  • Mission-driven, adaptable, and collaborative, with strong interpersonal and critical-thinking skills.
  • Adept in employment law, addressing team member issues and relationship building.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field preferred.
  • HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is preferred.
