Position: Cheer/Champ Program Associate

Location: Indianapolis, IN (Remote BUT must be in the Indy Area)

Travel: Remote with high travel during peak season

Starting Pay: $55-65k base salary DOE

Your Opportunity: CHEER/CHAMP PROGRAM ASSOCIATE [Associate, Championship Rings]

What You’ll Be Doing On A Daily Basis:

• Sales and Marketing
  • Assist with the development and implementation of event marketing and planning.
  • Actively engage with cheerleaders, coaches, and parents to communicate the value and significance of championship rings.
  • Assist with the onsite execution of championship events.
  • Handle inquiries regarding ring designs, sizes, and pricing.
  • Process orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring a smooth transaction experience for customers.
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales through upselling and cross-selling. 
  • Maintain detailed records of sales and customer interactions.
  • Manage logistics for the production and delivery of championship rings, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with coaches, teams, and event producers.
• Administrative responsibilities including but not limited to:
• Develop and optimize processes for order tracking and customer follow-up.
• Review and update customer account status.
• Partner with Finance and Customer Service to streamline billing processes for all Champ products.
• Lead management.
  • Manage cheer and dance leads at the state and national level.

• Ability to travel to cheerleading events or competitions as needed.
• Willing to work outside of “normal” business hours.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations.
• Cheer background is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Daily activity includes but is not limited to lifting, carrying, sitting, grasping, reaching, standing, kneeling, walking, bending, twisting.
• Withstanding long hours on your feet.
• Reading, communication, math.
• Working at a computer for extended periods of time.
• Ability to regularly lift/move up to 50lbs.
• Noise level at events is usually moderate to above.
