Compliance Coordinator (Temp)
This Compliance Coordinator is responsible for supporting the preparation of survey documentation, which includes tasks such as tagging and bookmarking documents, updating compliance statements, and managing the documentation tracker.
Position overview
- Prepare and organize survey documentation by tagging and bookmarking both existing and updated materials to ensure easy access and reference.
- Review and verify survey documentation tags and bookmarks to ensure they meet established standards for completeness and accuracy.
- Systematically organize and maintain all tagged survey documentation to ensure efficient retrieval and tracking.
- Manage and update the compliance tagging tracker, providing regular reports on its status and ensuring all documentation is up-to-date.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the accuracy and consistency of tagging and bookmarking across all survey documents.
- Provide support with additional administrative tasks as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team.

Education and experience
- Associate’s degree in health, business, social sciences, or humanities, preferred, but not required.
Knowledge of:
- Personal computers and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
