Harrington Process Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and self-sufficient Total Rewards Manager/Director to design, implement, and manage all aspects of our total rewards programs. As a one-person team, the selected candidate will be responsible for compensation, benefits, and rewards strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring competitive positioning within the industry.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compensation Management: Develop and administer competitive compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and job evaluations. Conduct market analysis to ensure pay competitiveness.
  • Benefits Administration: Oversee employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, wellness, and leave policies.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for benefits providers and employees. 
    • Lead open enrollment efforts by partnering with Harrington’s brokers. 
    • Reconcile employee benefits on a monthly basis

 

  • Incentive & Recognition Programs: Design and implement recognition, incentive, and rewards programs to drive employee engagement and retention.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws related to compensation and benefits. Prepare reports and analyze data to inform decision-making.
  • HR Systems & Analytics: Manage HRIS compensation and benefits modules, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency. Provide analytical insights on trends and effectiveness of total rewards programs.
  • Employee Communication: Serve as the primary resource for employees regarding compensation, benefits, and rewards, ensuring clear and transparent communication.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and refine total rewards programs to meet business needs and enhance employee satisfaction.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education and experience: 5 years of experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits administration and Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
    • In-depth knowledge of compensation structures, benefits regulations, and industry benchmarks.
