Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Harrington Supply Chain team and support the Regional Vice President in achieving operational consistency and excellence.
- Drive achievement of P&L and Balance Sheet targets within your assigned geographic region.
- Ensure success in service level, inventory efficiency, and transportation cost recovery.
- Lead governance of Operations, preparing, delivering, and following up on routine and ad hoc review sessions.
- Devise and implement plans to enhance the region’s financial results.
- Coordinate operational input for annual planning and budgeting.
- Collaborate with organizational and safety leadership to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading operational support functions and using KPIs to identify opportunities.
- Strong working knowledge of Harrington’s operational systems, including inventory control, warehouse management, transportation, and logistics.
- Experience in Harrington sales processes and understanding the impact of operations on customer success.
- Safety-first mindset with a track record of leading safe environments in operational tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to drive resource utilization and efficiency among sales and operational leaders.
