We are searching for two candidates for the full-time position of Registered Nurse Case Manager to serve the Gouverneur area and all areas in the county south of Canton.  Join a team of experienced and caring home care professionals who love taking care of people in their own homes.  Apply by December 5, 2024 to be eligible for the $12,000 bonus.  Minimum starting salary of $68,500 plus benefits including health insurance, 401k, dental, vision, and short-term disability.
