Heather Heights is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to join our exceptional nursing team! 

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, experience in senior living (preferred), and a passion for providing exceptional care for our residents!

Responsibilities include: 

• Establishing, implementing, and evaluating goals and objectives for clinical services that meet and promote the standards of the NYS Department of Health and overall high-quality resident care and services. 
• Ensuring resident needs are identified, and care is coordinated between services and providers to promote high quality of life.
• Supporting the Director of Nursing by way of leading a team of exceptional health care professionals toward providing exceptional care.

Qualifications:

• A valid NYS nursing license in good standing.
• Prior nursing supervisory experience.  
• Prior experience in Senior Living preferred.
