Fleet Maintenance Coordinator

The Role
Reporting to the Manager, Fleet and Maintenance, the Fleet Maintenance Coordinator, will be a key member of the fleet maintenance team. You will manage and oversee the maintenance for over 2,300 vehicles across the US and Canada, ensuring their safety, availability, and readiness for operational use. You will play an important role in collaborating with Field Management to manage preventative and corrective fleet maintenance, as well as working directly with vendors and auto shops to ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and communicate the status of purchase/service orders, ensuring compliance with company procedures and standards
- Maintain accurate records of fleet-related content in the maintenance database (repairs, maintenance, vendor agreements, etc.
- Collaborate with Field Operations and Drivers to address repairs, preventative maintenance, and other fleet-related matters
- Report on workloads, estimate repair times, and schedule repairs/maintenance
- Monitor and communicate the workflow of vehicles in service
- Assist in upfitting vehicles and maintaining an inventory of vehicle supplies
- Manage radios, dashcams, and other related equipment
- Perform additional fleet-related duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills – adept at conveying any message, content or training to any audience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven recommendations and anticipate secondary effects
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years in automotive/mechanical related experience and training
- ASE Certification is desired, but not required
