GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of Career Pathways, ensuring efficient delivery of services to participants and community partners.
- Supervise Training Pathways staff, promoting professional growth and teamwork.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, and community organizations to expand job opportunities and support services.
- Monitor program effectiveness and outcomes, making data-driven decisions to improve services and meet the needs of clients and stakeholders.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
PEOPLE
- Conduct and coordinate staff training as assigned, ensuring team members are well-equipped to deliver services.
- Onboard and train new staff, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Fill in for vacant direct service or administrative positions such as Career Navigators, Job Coach, or Program Assistant as needed.
- Assist participants enrolling in education and career training programs.
- Identify and address barriers to education and employment goal; submission of specific assistance requests in accordance with agency and program policy.
- Assess the participant's skills, abilities, and needs to identify education, training, and employment opportunities that are "best fit" for the participant.
- Participate in community and Goodwill meetings as needed or assigned.
PERFORMANCE
- Prepare reports and summaries according to Career Services policies, procedures, and funding requirements.
- Research and recommend impactful training to improve team performance and efficiency based on identified needs and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a training schedule and calendar, ensuring timely delivery and coordination of training programs.
- Maintain training records and report training outcomes and evaluations to management.
- Participate in the implementation of new programs, ensuring smooth integration and alignment with organizational goals.

PROCESS
- Ensure all program activities comply with, policies and procedures, maintaining adherence to requirements.
- Develop and maintain a training schedule and calendar, ensuring timely delivery and coordination of training programs.
- Maintain training records and report training outcomes and evaluations to management
- Coordinate training schedules and supervise the delivery of employment certification trainings and workshops.
- Review functions of data management system, CaseWorthy ensuring accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with all policies including financial management and record-keeping.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of organizational information and files, as well as Goodwill practices and policies.
- Perform all other duties as may be assigned.
Responsible to: Career Development Manager
Education: Bachelor’s degree required, with relevant work experience.
Work Experience: Two to five years’ of work-related experience in Human Services and/or Workforce Development services. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with data management.
Qualifications: Must maintain a valid driver’s license and a driving record acceptable to Goodwill’s liability insurance provider. Each associate must maintain a current and valid driver’s license with limited points and/or traffic citations and adequate automobile liability insurance. Must maintain the ability to pass a criminal background check.
Physical Requirements: Daily requirements may include climbing, balancing, reaching, talking, hearing, seeing, standing, stooping, kneeling, handling, lifting (up to 50 pounds), carrying (up to 25 pounds), pushing, and pulling. May involve walking, standing, and sitting for extended periods of time. General office environment infrequently exposed to extreme atmospheric conditions (temperature, noise, fumes, dust, odors, etc.).

Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday – Friday, Occasional early morning, evening, and weekend hours may be required as needed.
