Care Management and Coordination - Schedule Coordinator

BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The Schedule Coordinator is responsible in coordinating patient schedules with the physician, nurse and other departments as needed. Also responsible in obtaining pre-certification or prior authorization from insurances and serve as a liaison between patient and other stakeholders in the care of the patient.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Two (2) years undergraduate program
• Two (2) years of experience as Patient Services or Health Services related work experience
