JOB SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for performing maintenance and repairs, ensuring tasks are completed to the appropriate standards.  This includes Lambeau Field, Titletown, and other Green Bay Packers properties.

 

This is a part time position that works 30-34 hours per week. Benefits include: health, dental, vision, paid time off, and other benefits. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for various projects, including but not limited to vehicle maintenance vehicle repair, tire changing, and welding Help keep facilities storage areas orderly.
  • Maintain and repair electric UTVs, all gas- and diesel-powered equipment, small engines, and battery powered cleaning equipment. 
  • Responsible for keeping tools in workable and safe condition, with appropriate safety devices.
  • Responsible for fire extinguishers including monthly fire extinguishers checks. 
  • Responsible for maintaining snow equipment.  Snowplows, snow blowers, snow slides and salters.  
  • Operate the following types of equipment: fork truck, aerial lifts, snowplows, Bobcats, Payloader, UTVs. 
  • Assist facilities staff in various maintenance projects including but not limited to ceiling replacement, flooring repairs, carpet cleaning, shade repairs, and general maintenance projects. 
  • Assist with quarterly fire system inspections performed by JCI. 
  • Assist with elevator inspections performed by state inspectors. 
  • Paint and stain in spray booth as needed.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for snow removal team.  Assist with snow removal process for games and other events. 
  • Able to respond to emergency calls after hours is needed. Flexible to work evenings and weekends as needed, as well as every gameday, large stadium events and some holidays. Shift work may be required.
  • Complete gameday tasks including opening and closing designated areas of the stadium in a timely manner.  Assist with lock up and cleanup after games. 
  • Assist building trades as needed. 
  • Assist with various tasks and projects as required.

 

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma required
  • General understanding of all areas of maintenance, including but not limited to, welding, engines, vehicles, and carpentry.
  • Ability to repair gas engines and small appliances.
  • Significant knowledge of tools and power equipment.
  • Ability to perform welding repairs.
  • Must be extremely organized and hardworking with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently or as a team member.
  • Willing to obtain aerial lift and forklift license on site. 
  • Ability to meet physical demands including walking, bending, utilizing ladders and lifting 75 pounds.
  • Exposed to disagreeable environmental conditions including dirt, noise, extreme temperatures, heights, cramped workspaces, confined spaces, and areas or tasks where caution must be exercised to ensure safety
  • Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed; shift work may be required.
  • Must possess a valid Wisconsin driver’s license, CDL endorsement helpful.

 

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Ability to walk, reach, bend, and twist for entire shift. 
  • Ability to lift 75 pounds and push/pull heavy objects.
  • Will be exposed to disagreeable environmental conditions, including working outside in all weather conditions.
  • Ability to climb stairs and ladders.
  • Comfortable and self-motivated to work alone for extended periods of time.
  • Operates in a professional environment.

 

TRAVEL: No regular travel is expected for this position.
