Our CNC Maintenance Technicians apply their skills to tackle preventative and proactive maintenance repairs and equipment inspections in a safe, timely, and efficient manner in a non-foundry manufacturing environment. You'll have the opportunity to work independently and autonomously under minimal supervision while still receiving guidance as needed.
What You'll Do:
• Diagnose machine malfunctions and operating issues
• Repair and maintain plant equipment and machinery with support from the supervisor or Maintenance Repairer A
• Troubleshooting & Preventative Maintenance with CNC lathes and machining centers, Fanuc robots, testing equipment, assembly equipment, parts washers, lasers, and other automation
• Perform minor electrical maintenance
• Replace motors, switches, and fuses
• Support higher-level machine repairers by adjusting and rebuilding

What We Need from You:
• 5+ years of relevant experience/training in the same or similar industry
• Experience with rebuilding machinery
• Training in Forklift Safety, General Safety, Lock-Out Tag-Out, HAZCOM, Quality, System Awareness, and Arc Flash preferred
• Apply basic algebra and geometry, solve practical problems, and deal with concrete variables
• Ability to perform shop math, understand complex drawings and formulas, and use precision measuring instruments
• Good judgment and decision-making abilities on setups and quality
• Promote responsible operating procedures to protect the environment, follow superior safety practices, and practice outstanding housekeeping
• Attention to detail to exceed customer quality and manage service expectations
• Work efficiently both independently as well as alongside other team members
