The Human Resources Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency within the HR function. This role is responsible for conducting audits, analyzing workforce data, and managing system updates and integrations to enhance HR processes and support organizational strategic goals. The Human Resources Analyst will act as a subject matter expert on Dayforce and other HR systems, ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility. Additionally, this role will develop reports, dashboards, and other tools to provide actionable insights, enabling HR and Operations leadership to make informed decisions.

Starting pay $24 per hour (or more based on experience)!

Job Duties Include:

  • Create, analyze, and communicate data through reports and metrics to provide guidance that aides in our people-related decision-making processes.
  • Manage implementation and collaborate on people-related training as appropriate, including materials and delivery.
  • Assist in idea evaluation, requirement gathering and process analysis to make recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Develop self-service tools for managers and team members from idea to implementation, ensuring consistent communication, including training and handoff to end user.
  • Act as a Dayforce Expert by monitoring, testing, and implementing updates, and providing guidance and or training on best practices and updates to team members.
  • Collaborate with IT for seamless integration with other systems, including Yardi, and support new system training and updates for end-users.
  • Develop, manage, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline HR operations and ensure consistency.
  • Assist in ensuring system data is accurate and timely.  Develop procedures and audit file maintenance, reporting requests, survey requests, benefit approvals, bill reconciliation and approval.
  • Monitor & Analyze team member  trends, including monitoring dashboards and property costs as it relates to internal personnel.

Experience and Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, data analysis, or a similar role within a professional environment required.
  • Proficiency in the English language in reading, writing, and verbal communication required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including SharePoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities, manage time, and possess an orientation toward details.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the the ability to relate and address issues with a diverse group.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with HR compliance, including federal and state regulations (e.g., Fair Labor Standards Act, OSHA).
  • Basic knowledge of data security and privacy laws, such as GDPR or CCPA, is beneficial for managing HR data, preferred.
