Great Northern – Chippewa Falls is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our Human Resources team! Are you ready to make a difference?

Our Human Resources Coordinator's Schedule:

· Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. Daily schedule can be flexible.

· Starting hourly range for this position is $22.60 - $28.85 Range may be higher based off experience

Position Summary:

· Under general supervision, provide administrative and technical support regarding Human Resource issues through the administration, and management of various employee programs  

· Benefit administration, HRIS and report writing, recruiting/interviewing/hiring, employment records, forms, and policies, and management of the production performance appraisal system

· All responsibilities must be conducted in compliance within Federal, State, and Company guidelines, and adhere to the Company’s mission and core values

Expectations:

· Education:  Requires a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (commensurate experience may be considered as an alternative). 

· Experience:  A minimum of two years of related Human Resources experience. SHRM CP or PHR preferred. Intermediate to advanced experience with MS Office and HRIS.

· Requires Skills In: Excellent and professional interpersonal and verbal communication skills; Planning, prioritizing and organizing work effectively; Work under pressure and deadlines while maintaining accuracy; Professionalism, integrity and confidentiality.
