Job Summary:  The Nassau Diner is seeking for experienced and team-oriented candidates for the Food Runner position. Candidate must be willing to work weekdays, weekends and/or holidays. 

Responsibilities:

• Set-up work station before diner opens
• Make sure dishes presentable and with proper garnish
• Maintain plates and silverware
• Maintain communication with waiting staff and the Kitchen staff
• Make sure that all equipment is clean
• Re-stock work station
• Always be polite and professional

• The employee is frequently required to stand and walk

• The noise level in this office is usually moderate to high
