Administrative Assistant - Business Services
Summary
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing reports, handling monthly billing, maintaining and updating documentation, and overseeing the hiring and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work independently, and excellent organizational skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage various reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle monthly billing processes, including invoicing and tracking payments
- Maintain and update company documentation, ensuring all records are current and easily accessible.
- Coordinate the hiring process, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external partners.
- Assist with other tasks as needed.
- Comply with all agency policies, procedures, and safety standards throughout work areas and maintain the same to meet CARF, the Department of Labor, and other regulatory standards.

Education Requirements
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Experience Requirements
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
