E-Commerce Clerk, Computer Recycling Specialist
Summary |
To assist in the overall operation of the Retail Operations E-Commerce Department. The Computer Recycling Specialist will also be responsible for all stages of assessment and prep for computer remarketing, and the sale of those items.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities |
- Perform various job responsibilities to maximize online sales in all of the ecommerce departments including but not limited to sorting, photographing, listing, inventorying, packaging, and shipping items.
- Perform various job responsibilities utilizing computers and a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Access.
- Effectively diagnose basic computer hardware and software problems daily.
- Be proficient in recognizing various parts of computer systems and be able to disassemble and reassemble systems.
- Ensure all personal data is being wiped from memory according to industry standards.
- Properly sort and stage all “salvage” items according to vendor specifications for sale.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Comply with all Agency policies, procedures and safety standards throughout work areas and maintain same to meet CARF, HIPAA, Department of Labor and other regulatory standards.
- Other duties may be assigned.

Education Requirements |
High School Diploma or General Education Degree preferred but not required.
Experience Requirements |
Experience with computer hardware and software required. Experience with Microsoft Office suite preferred. Must be able to use a pallet jack.
