Team Lead/ Scheduling Coordinator
The Team Lead/ Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for providing quality customer service and interacting with clients to ensure services are accurately scheduled. The Team Leader is responsible for monitoring the quantitative and qualitative result that it is to be achieved. As well as reporting any perceived deficiencies to the Supervisor of Operations.
Responsibilities:
· Delivering quality Customer Service from initial request for service until completion of end product
· Adhering to client protocols and jurisdictional regulations including, logging, processing and progress inquiries
· Ensuring all referrals have been received through the portal and are logged in accurately
· Keeping Client apprised in regard to any scheduling delay or issue
· Contacting appropriate agencies or persons for the purpose of verifying information
· Handling incoming and outgoing calls effectively and efficiently meeting client standards/protocols
· Communicating immediately with Supervisor of Operations with regard to any client concerns
· Operating company software and equipment
· Entering data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information into system via keyboard
· Demonstrating strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task without compromising extreme attention to detail
· Communicating using correct English, spelling, grammar, and punctuation
· Understanding and following oral and written instructions while adhering to prescribed departmental routines
· Understands current URAC standards as appropriate to job functions
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· HS Diploma or equivalent required
· Proficient with MS Office Suite
· Excellent communication skills-verbal and written
· Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively
· Ability to accept and apply constructive feedback
· Proficiency with imaging/scanning documents
· Maintains confidentiality and discretion as a general rule
· Works effectively as a team contributor on all assignments
· Interacts professionally with other employees as well as clients
· Has a clear and concise understanding, and adheres to, guidelines as they relate to HIPAA, Conflict of Interest, and Ethics
