What you’ll do…

Great Expressions Dental Centers is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing performance-driven digital marketing campaigns. This role requires a strong understanding of data analytics, reporting, and campaign optimization. Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with new patient acquisition for DSOs, primary care, or a similar service organization is highly desired.

This position is located at the GEDC Practice Support Center in Southfield, MI, requiring on-site presence at least four days per week. During the initial training period, full-time in-office attendance (five days per week) will be required.

What you’ll bring to the team…

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive new patient acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Work closely with marketing team members, external agencies, and IT to ensure seamless integration of marketing processes, technology, data and reporting.
  • Identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance the overall patient experience and retention.
  • Monitor and optimize Google Ads campaigns (PPC) in partnership with agency.
  • Create and execute email and SMS campaigns using HubSpot to improve funnel efficiency and patient retentions. Manage all digital aspects of patient engagement communication, ensuring timely and relevant engagement.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Generate reports and dashboards in Excel and Power BI to communicate insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with operation, clinical, and marketing teams to create and execute innovative digital patient experiences that improve patient retention and lifetime value.
  • Monitor and leverage GEDC's online reputation through its reputation management platform to help improve new patient volume.

 

What we require you have…

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing. Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with new patient marketing for DSOs, primary care, or other healthcare organizations (preferred)
  • Strong data analysis skills and experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Google Analytics, Excel and Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, including email and SMS marketing automation
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
