Relationship Marketing Manager
What you’ll do…
Great Expressions Dental Centers is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Patient Relationship Marketing Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and executing successful patient retention strategies in the healthcare industry. This role will be instrumental in driving patient engagement, improving brand reputation, and fostering long-lasting relationships with our patients.
This position is located at the GEDC Practice Support Center in Southfield, MI, requiring on-site presence at least four days per week. During the initial training period, full-time in-office attendance (five days per week) will be required.
What you’ll bring to the team…
- Collaborate with operations, clinical teams, and marketing team to create and execute innovative digital patient experiences that improve patient retention and lifetime value.
- Collaborate with agency to develop campaigns to reactive patients.
- Collaborate with clinical leaders to develop digital patient education that improve treatment plan compliance and patient reported outcomes.
- Collaborate with clinical and operations leaders to develop and optimize patient portal as a measurable component of the digital patient experience.
- Manage all digital aspects of patient engagement communication, including call campaigns, email, SMS, and in-app messaging, ensuring timely and relevant engagement.
- Utilize CRM to segment patient audiences, personalize communications, and track engagement and retention metrics.
- Monitor and manage GEDC's online reputation through its reputation management platform, coordinating reviews and feedback with patient services and local. Gather patient reported outcomes to be used in new patient marketing, and employee recruitment.
- Work closely with marketing team members, external agencies, and IT to ensure seamless integration of patient retention initiatives across all channels.
- Gather and analyze patient data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance the overall patient experience and retention.
What we require you have…
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in direct-to-consumer health and wellness marketing
- Proven experience developing and executing successful patient retention strategies
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
- Proficiency using digital marketing software, including CRMs, reputation management platforms, Google Analytics, email and SMS automation
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Experience with practice management, scheduling and patient portal platforms is a plus
