FP&A - Business Analytics Analyst
The pay range for this position is $63,000 - $81,000/annually. This is a remote based position.

Job Description
A Business Analytics Analyst is a professional who plays a crucial role in identifying business needs, analyzing processes, and recommending solutions to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability within an organization. Gathering, validating and documenting business requirements. Modeling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements. Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
Key Responsibilities
- Gathering, validating and documenting business requirements.
- Analyzing commercial data such as budgets, sales results and forecasts
- Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining
business impacts. - Estimating costs and identifying business savings.
- Implementing and testing of solutions.
- Supporting business transition and helping to establish change.
- Gather, review and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports
and other key metrics using data analytics tools. - Develop KPIs and tools such as Dashboard/Reports to support the organization.
Qualifications
Skills and Requirement
- Certificate on Analytics (preferred)
- Advance Excel knowledge and Power BI.
- Python and R
Experience/Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Analytics or Engineering.
- At lease 2 – 3 years relevant experience in a similar role.

Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
