Director, Revenue Enablement
The salary range for this position is $130,000 - $195,000. This position is based remotely.

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
The Director of Revenue Enablement will play a pivotal role in driving FreshRealm’s revenue growth, working collaboratively across every function in the organization to evaluate incoming business, recommend opportunities for the company to achieve its core financial targets, and determine what capabilities and resources the company needs to deliver.
This Director will work cross-functionally to pull together the holistic, system-wide evaluation of operational and economic feasibility, and make structured recommendations accordingly. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing the ROI of each new revenue stream and determining how we would implement it as part of the FreshRealm platform.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work directly with customers to close qualified leads, develop commercial structures, and execute all stages of the alignment-to-launch process.
- Work with counterparts in Business Development and Supply Chain to develop optimized selling strategies for your specific market segments.
- Partner with Supply Chain to drive organizational and operational readiness for revenue, including utilization, manufacturing and fulfillment placement, load balancing, and logistics optimization.
- Oversee cross-functional execution of customer onboarding, new product roll outs, and revenue generation activities.
- Partner with Supply Chain to develop a full roadmap for all inventory, manufacturing, fulfillment, and logistics systems that will get FreshRealm from current state to a future state that supports our planned growth and customer needs.
- Effectively deploy changes and programs to our facilities to set them up for success.
- Develop the innovation needed to fully utilize our facilities by developing fulfillment solutions that work for all customers and allows our fulfillment and manufacturing teams to improve productivity to meet labor targets.
- Work effectively across the organization to ensure successful execution of supply chain strategy on integrated efforts with all operating segments
- Owns product innovation and roadmap for entry into new markets
- Build tools and processes for Customer Success initiatives
- Execute success of LaRP process
- Run Funnel Management Process and link to near- and long-term goals and objectives

- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful supply chain technology solutions.
- Exceptionally strong, structured organizational skills and detail-orientation with ability to appropriately prioritize to drive outcomes and hit deadlines
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - to effectively and quickly drive consensus and actions
- Strong executive presence and judgment, with an ability to influence others and drive to results and outcomes
- Willingness and ability to “build while you run” and an excitement to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly evolving organization.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Experience / Education
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- A Minimum of 8-15 years of experience in sales enablement, supply chain or operational roles, preferable in a chilled food environment, within a fast-paced business.
- Financial fluency and expertise around all statements - Income, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet - and ability to tie operational and strategic activities to financial outcomes
- Demonstrated leadership in both operational and strategic positions, driving measurable results
