Strategy Analyst
The salary range for this role is $90,000-$100,000. This is a remote based position.

We are looking for a Strategy Associate to support our corporate strategy and sales teams in driving key strategic initiatives, customer growth, and business expansion. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of consulting experience who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and wants to make a tangible impact on a dynamic business.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Initiatives: Support high-priority projects, including market analysis, competitive intelligence, and growth strategy development for FreshRealm’s expanding customer base.
- Sales Support & Insights: Collaborate with the sales team to develop customer pitches, analyze sales data, and optimize deal structures to drive revenue growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across sales, finance, marketing, and operations to ensure strategic alignment and execution of key business initiatives.
- Executive-Level Presentations: Prepare materials for executive meetings, board presentations, and external stakeholders, distilling complex information into actionable insights.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process efficiencies to enhance customer engagement, internal workflows, and overall business effectiveness.
Qualifications
Skills and Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in consulting (strategy, operations, or commercial-focused roles).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in financial modeling and business analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly and concisely to senior stakeholders.
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
- Comfortable working in a high-growth, entrepreneurial setting with shifting priorities.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools; experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.

Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
