Quality Control Associate
The hourly pay for this position is $20 an hour. This position is based in San Clemente, CA. FreshRealm is looking for a Quality Control Associate for in plan process testing and compliance to standards using FrealRealm quality and food safety processes.
Key Responsibilities

Perform tests of the production operations and equipment to ensure our product conforms to specifications
- Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products and recommend necessary corrective actions
- Monitor the quality of the product manufactured and inspect process controls points
- Reject or retain substandard products that fall outside of defined tolerances
- Responsible for timely completion and accuracy of paperwork
- May use computer software and electronic equipment to enter data
- Establish, maintain, and promote good communications with all departments

Qualifications
Skills and Requirements

A minimum of 3 months of experience working in a quality role in manufacturing environment applying common processes, procedures, and equipment.

Knowledge of quality assurance practices.

Experience applying and enforcing routine Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) in a chilled food environment is preferred.
Experience / Education

Ability to follow all appropriate safety standards in food production

Knowledge of basic math and reading comprehension skills

General high school degree/G.E.D or equivalent preferred
