Friendship is seeking a Restaurant Associate to join our Friendship Bistro ’66 team, located on Hershberger Road on a Full-time basis. The Restaurant Associate serves as the main point of contact for restaurant customers. They will provide excellent customer service by hosting and serving guests. They will be responsible for the overall experience at the restaurant. Bistro '66 personnel are considered emergency personnel.

Status/Shift:

• Full-Time: Shifts vary; 8 hour shifts
• Operating hours between 7:30 am to 6:30 pm
• Includes every other weekend

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Greet all restaurant guests, guide them to a table/seat and provide a menu
• Take customer orders; serve and clear food and beverages
• Check on guests throughout meal and address any issues that may arise
• Prepare check for meal and process payment
• Clean table after each guest leaves; clean any serving equipment throughout service and at the end of each shift
• Refill table items as needed
• Maintain work area, equipment, food and self, in accordance to policies, procedures and food safety guidelines

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Six months of food service experience preferred; food service certification is a plus
