Spring Arbor Senior Living of Greenville NC is currently seeking a Maintenance Director. The Maintenance Director has the responsibility of ensuring the community is safe, well-maintained and esthetically pleasing. This role is also responsible for the completion of all projects and implementation of community maintenance policies and procedures in an efficient, cost-effective manner.

WHAT YOU WILL DO!
- Prepare rooms for incoming resident
- Repair light fixtures, furniture, & minor electrical & plumbing
- Ensure department is operating w/in budgetary guidelines
- Accurately maintain the community's Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) program
- Ensure the building meets all fire and safety regulations
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations
- Able to be on call for building issues that may arise

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing repairs
- Thorough knowledge of handling hazardous materials
- Must have a valid driver’s license and safe driving record
- Knowledge and/or experience managing and staying within budgetary guidelines
