Spring Arbor Senior Living in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking a PT Server to join our team. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our residents' dining experience by providing excellent service in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You will be responsible for ensuring that our residents receive nutritious and appealing meals while adhering to dietary guidelines. Your friendly and compassionate demeanor will contribute to the overall well-being of our residents.
Schedule: 10:30AM - 7:00PM

- Patience and desire to work with seniors.
- Dependable
- Well-groomed and ability to follow dress requirements.

- Ability to learn tasks and follow written and oral instructions.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or service environment preferred.
WHAT YOU WILL DO!
- Greet residents and guests upon entering the dining room.
- Serve food and drinks to residents and guests in a timely manner.
- Bus tables in a timely and proper manner
- Assist in preparing, plating, covering, and labeling food.
- Ensure the dining area is presentable.
- Wash dishes, load, and unload dishwasher, return dishes to storage places.
