Starting at $18.93/hr – Higher Rates Available Based on Experience!
Are you passionate about caring for others? Do you want to make a difference in the lives of seniors? White Springs Senior Living is looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) to join our dedicated team!
📍 Location: 349 Legion Dr, Warrenton, VA 20186
🕒 Schedule: PRN | 11PM-7 AM | Every Other Weekend ONLY

What You’ll Be Doing
✅ Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs) – bathing, dressing, mobility, toileting, etc.
✅ Help prepare residents for meals, snacks, and activities
✅ Provide assistance in the dining room – serving meals and clearing tables
✅ Respond promptly to resident emergency call system
✅ Observe, document, and report changes in resident condition to supervisors
✅ Communicate professionally with residents and families
✅ Maintain required care documentation per state regulations
✅ Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and room organization
✅ Help answer phones as needed
Who We’re Looking For
🔹 CNA certification preferred, but PCA/DCS certification may be accepted
🔹 High School diploma or equivalent required
🔹 Must be at least 18 years old
🔹 Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or service industries preferred
🔹 CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
🔹 Compassionate, professional, and dependable team player
