Are you a compassionate and dedicated caregiver looking to make a difference? Spring Arbor Senior Living of Salisbury in Midlothian, VA, is seeking a PRN Resident Care Assistant to provide quality care and comfort to our senior residents.

What You’ll Do
âś… Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) – bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, mobility & incontinence care
âś… Prepare & assist residents with meals, snacks, & activities
âś… Respond promptly to resident emergency call system
âś… Observe, document, & report changes in residents’ condition
âś… Communicate with residents & families professionally & compassionately
âś… Maintain resident rooms, common areas, & assist with laundry as needed
âś… Answer phone calls in accordance with Spring Arbor procedures
Who We’re Looking For
🔹 CNA, PCA, or Direct Care Staff (DCS) Certification – Required
🔹 High school diploma or equivalent – Required
🔹 Must be at least 18 years old (Younger candidates evaluated based on state labor laws)
🔹 Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or service industry preferred
🔹 CPR & First Aid Certification (or ability to obtain)
