Position Details:
- Schedule: Part-time, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Location: 5308 River Rd, Fredericksburg, VA 22407

Who We’re Looking For:
We seek caring, dependable team members who embody our values of character, gratitude, purpose, and heart.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- CNA certification (current & in good standing in Virginia) preferred
- One year of assisted living experience preferred
- Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or service environments a plus
- CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and incontinence care
- Support residents during meals and activities
- Respond to emergency calls and monitor residents’ well-being
- Observe, document, and report changes in residents’ conditions
- Maintain open and professional communication with residents and families
- Ensure resident rooms and common areas are safe, clean, and comfortable
- Assist with laundry and light housekeeping as needed
- Answer phone calls professionally and courteously
