Marketing Services Coordinator
Working directly with the Regional Marketing Manager and our community associates, the Marketing Services Coordinator will support the implementation of marketing plans and monitor performance to elevate the customer experience and help Fogelman properties meet performance goals.
The Marketing Services Coordinator is a creative, organized and tech-savvy marketer with the ability to multitask and influence others. This individual will possess a curious mindset with the initiative to dig in and analyze performance and look for ways to improve and gain efficiency.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics.
- Contribute to the preparation of regular reports on marketing activities, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Digital Presence:
- Update creative assets on digital properties, ensuring a consistent and visually appealing online presence.
- Curate and add captivating images to our digital asset management tool.
Marketing Technology:
- Support creation and setup of marketing technology solutions, including email templates, CRM follow-ups, virtual leasing optimization, and Reputation.com
Project Management:
- Schedule photography and interactive property shoots.
- Manage and monitor:
- Fogelman ticketing systems for marketing support requests.
- Asana for internal projects and Yardi Reach requests.
- Monday board for creative requests and updates to the brand store.
- Setup training calls for onsite associates and help maintain training content in Vision.

- Travel up to 10% to visit properties, with occasional travel to Memphis if based in one of our Regional offices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
- Use a wide range of property management software and web-based applications.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools.
- Analytical and creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
- Effectively collaborate with various internal departments
- Excellent time management and project management skills
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing.
- Multifamily experience a plus!
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
