Marketing Technology Stack Specialist

Flexco, a leading global manufacturer, is looking for a Marketing Technology Stack Specialist who has demonstrated success in utilizing technology to enable and enhance a marketing plan. The ideal candidate is action-oriented and brings strong interpersonal skills. The role will both research and implement marketing technology tools that align with the overall company and marketing vision and objectives on a global scale.
Purpose: Responsible for the research, implementation, administration, and performance analysis of the technological tools used to market products and programs. Owns the global marketing technology strategy to support the customer journey with relevant digital touchpoints.
A Marketing Technology Stack Specialist at Flexco can expect a starting compensation of between $80,000 and $110,000, or more, depending on skills and experience.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of related experience
- Experience working in a content management system; experience with Titan CMS a plus
- Experience managing Digital Asset Management systems; experience with Aprimo a plus
- Marketing automation administration and the integration of Salesforce into marketing technology efforts a plus
Competency Requirements:
- Knowledge of database management concepts and best practices, as well as connectivity and data analysis technologies such as Google Analytics/Tag Manager, UTM tracking, etc.
- Proficiency with SharePoint and Microsoft Office required
- Excellent attention to detail, planning, scheduling and organizational skills required; project management experience a plus
- Excellent written and oral communication and listening skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, adhere to deadlines, deliver high-quality results, and manage multiple priorities
Responsibilities:
- Ownership of website PIM (Product Information Management System) to ensure all technical product detail is properly identified, entered, displayed, maintained, and updated for each of our global sales regions. Act as liaison between technical agency, team management, and product specialists to support requirements and execute.
- Ownership of DAM (Digital Asset Management) system, including migration of assets, implementations of regional portals, administration of users and user groups. and general file management.
- Act as a liaison with the Information Technology team to ensure marketing systems align with IT policies.
- Leading, educating, and training global team members on digital offerings and how they can utilize tools and adhere to standards.
- Management of global CMS (including 25+ websites), including creating systems and execution of systems and support for digital marketing including website, marketing automation platforms, sales app, microsites, and other related tools – traffic and work flow, back end management and troubleshooting, content and design support, proofing.
- Coordinate regional support for website customizations – scheduling and leading regular meetings, recommending and documenting changes, and proactive management of timelines.
- Ownership of the digital delivery of content to customers through web, social media, and marketing automation efforts, including recommending an experience that connects customers with relevant content.
- Set and communicate content and data standards to stakeholders for all marketing technology systems. Regularly audit databases.
- Review analytics data to provide recommendations to optimize and improve performance of various digital marketing tools including, but not limited to, the website, marketing automation, microsites, and sales app.
- Act as lead and liaison with Web agency and Flexco marketing team for both organic and paid SEO – researching, suggesting, documenting and implementing strategies, analyzing reports, and making adjustments in order to continually optimize web traffic.
