Position Summary:
Flexco is looking for a Benefits Coordinator to provide support in benefits administration and general support for the human resources department. This person should be an outgoing multitasker who has a desire to work in a team environment.
A Benefits Coordinator at Flexco can expect a starting compensation of between $30.00 and $37.00 per hour, depending on experience and skills. .
Job Location: Onsite
Hours: Full time- standard business hours

Responsibilities:
- Administer health and welfare plans, answer benefits questions, reconcile benefit statements, and process enrollments, changes and terminations.
- Assists with Open Enrollment which includes: reviewing communication materials, working with vendors, selecting plans, and updating the HRIS, Dayforce.
- Administer the Leave of Absence process by working with our third-party vendor and employees to ensure clear and concise instructions.
- Process worker’s compensation claims and OSHA log paperwork.
- Coordinate service award program, which includes the selection and maintaining the relationship with the gift vendor, coordinates the gift selection, and distributes the service awards.
- Provide support for other HR Projects as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
- 2+ years of experience with benefits, open enrollment, leave of absences, addressing employee inquiries, and ensuring compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate tactfully
- Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal direction
- Strong time management and attention to detail and adhere to tight deadlines
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
