Client Success Manager
What We Need
Corpay is seeking a Client Success Manager to join our Enterprise Management Group. This critical role serves as a conduit between Sales, Account Managers, and integrated Partners, ensuring seamless client onboarding and ongoing support. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of client integration, enabling our partners and their global client base to book and settle trades efficiently in an integrated environment.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:

Oversee client onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with legal and business requirements.

Coordinate with internal teams to complete documentation, establish settlement methods, and configure pricing and approval models.

Support integrated partners in industries such as A/P Automation, Payroll, Healthcare, and Financial Institutions.

Proactively assist clients throughout the entire payment process, ensuring a seamless experience.

Review and sign off on onboarding completion for each trading client.

Monitor and improve internal systems to resolve outstanding client issues promptly.

Provide professional service and manage internal challenges invisibly to clients.

Work closely with internal sales, trading, and support teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention.
Qualifications & Skills
-
5+ years of experience in a client-facing role.

Strong relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

IT proficiency with the ability to learn new systems and troubleshoot effectively.

Experience in international foreign exchange (F/X) and payments is an asset.

Self-motivated with a positive, proactive approach to client management.
