What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire an Administrative Assistant within our Customer Services division. This position falls under our North America Fuel line of business and is located in Brentwood, TN. In this role, you will be responsible for generating compliance reports, preparing client packages, managing documentation, and supporting the team with data entry tasks. You will report directly to the Manager Client Onboarding and regularly collaborate with the broader compliance and data entry teams.

As an Administrative Assistant, Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

  • Assigned workspace in Brentwood office
  • Company-issued equipment + remote access 
  • Formal, hands-on training

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Generating and compiling regulatory compliance reports
  • Updating, printing, and organizing documents for client distribution
  • Preparing, packaging, and mailing materials to clients
  • Managing mailing processes and ensuring timely delivery
  • Assisting with data entry tasks across the department
  • Maintaining accurate records and administrative documentation
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Participating in cross-training to support multiple administrative functions

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required); certification in office administration or related field is a plus
  • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with data entry processes and tools
  • Basic understanding of regulatory compliance (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proactive problem-solving skills
