What We Need
CORPAY is currently looking to hire a Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager within our Human Resources division. This position falls under our Corpay corporate business and is located in our Atlanta, GA office. The Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading and executing the organization's recruitment strategy to attract, hire, and retain top talent. This role oversees the professional talent acquisition team, develops innovative hiring processes, and ensures alignment with business objectives. The Sr. TA Manager will drive employer branding, improve candidate experience, and implement best practices to support the company’s growth. You will report directly to the VP, Global Talent Acquisition.
How We Work
As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be expected to work in our Buckhead office 4 days per week. CORPAY will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role include:
- Managing a team of 5 Talent Acquisition Partners/Recruiters.
- Developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational hiring needs.
- Leading and mentoring the talent acquisition team, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in recruitment processes.
- Partnering with senior leadership to understand workforce planning and business objectives.
- Overseeing employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Implementing and optimizing recruitment technologies, data analytics, and sourcing strategies.
- Managing relationships with external recruiting agencies and vendors.
- Monitoring and reporting on key hiring metrics to measure success and drive improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment, employer branding, and recruitment marketing.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS – Dayforce & Workday) and recruitment analytics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic hiring initiatives.
