Senior FP&A Analyst
What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Senior FP&A Analyst within our Business Intelligence division. The Senior FP&A Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting the business and senior leadership by delivering key financial insights and reporting. This includes budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and identifying risks and opportunities. The role requires a deep understanding of business concepts, ensuring they are translated into meaningful financial analytics. The analyst will facilitate financial data gathering, develop new reports, and enhance analytical capabilities to support strategic decision-making. Additionally, they should possess strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills to effectively identify, communicate, and resolve financial and operational challenges.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Assist in the preparation of the Annual Revenue Budget, including management presentations, global, regional, and sales revenue budgets at a detailed level, as well as setting individual sales targets and portfolio allocations.
- Support the development of Revenue Forecasts (quarterly, monthly, and flash forecasts) and ensure the accurate and timely distribution of financial and business reports that enhance senior leadership’s decision-making capabilities.
- Conduct in-depth revenue analysis, providing variance commentary against targets and prior periods, and offer strategic recommendations for performance optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to compile and present monthly operational reports, highlighting key regional trends, risks, and achievements for discussion at management meetings with Regional VPs.
- Evaluate and report on risk-adjusted revenue, identifying potential risks and opportunities that impact business performance.
- Develop financial models to assess ROI and conduct due diligence for new partnership evaluations.
- Prepare and maintain client profitability analysis to support revenue growth strategies.
- Support the modeling, analysis, tracking, and reporting of sales incentive programs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, focusing on increased efficiency and enhanced value-added analytics.
- Develop new analysis methodologies and reporting formats to provide deeper business insights and drive informed decision-making.
- Contribute to integration initiatives and other strategic business projects aimed at improving internal processes.
- Maintain and update BI documentation for all financial reporting and analytical processes.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3-5 Years’ Experience in Financial Planning and Business Analysis
- Business Intelligence tool(s) (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, Microstrategy – Business User for analytics & not a developer)
- Microsoft Office- Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint
- Microsoft SQL, VBA / Macros (not a requirement)
- This role requires a strong analytical mindset, financial acumen, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive business success. Basic Knowledge on CRM (Salesforce)
