What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Junior Sales Engineer within our Fleet division. This position falls under our Fuel line of business and is located remotely with 10% travel. In this role, In this role you will work directly with the sales team and channel partners to understand the needs of our customers, strategize on how to navigate winning sales cycles, provide compelling value-based demonstrations, support Proof of Concepts, and ultimately close business. You will report directly to the Manager of Sales Engineering and regularly collaborate with our large sales team selling our Fuel Cards, AP Automation and Corporate Card products.

Additionally, there is potential to move into a Sales Engineer position upon completing certification and demonstrating competency in core areas of the role.
Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:

Assisting in presenting AP Automation, Corporate Card, and Fuel Card technology and vision to prospective customers.

Supporting sales representatives during the sales cycle, including discovery calls and product demonstrations.

Learning to work hands-on with prospects to demonstrate the value of our technology.

Collaborating with Sales Engineers and Senior Sales Engineers on Proof of Concepts and onboarding tasks.

Responding to technical questions and providing guidance throughout the sales process.

Gaining a deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies to position Corpay’s solutions effectively.
- Assisting with training sessions for internal sales teams and external audience.
- Contributing to identifying upsell opportunities with existing customers.
- Participating in the development of internal resources in collaboration with Product Management, Sales Leadership, and Marketing.
- Traveling occasionally (up to 10%) to meet with sales teams and business partners.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2-4 years of experience in a customer-facing role (sales, customer support, or similar).
- Basic understanding of Accounts Payable Automation, Corporate Cards, Fuel Cards, and Accounting Principles (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and develop technical and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., PowerPoint) or similar tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take direction from senior team members.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

This salary range is provided for locations which require such disclosure. Where a position or applicant may fall in a particular wage range varies depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, licensure and certifications (if applicable), and other business and organization needs. The disclosed range has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic markets. At Corpay, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. An estimate of the minimum and maximum salary range is 54K-56K with uncapped commissions
