What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Client Relations Representative within our Fuel division. This position falls under our NAT line of business and is located in Nashville, TN. In this role, you will provide business-to-business (B2B) support through inbound emails and phone calls to resolve client and cardholder requests, ensuring satisfaction and retention. This position is responsible for assisting with various aspects of client relationships to ensure the effective use of products and services. You will report directly to the Operations Manager and regularly collaborate with internal departments.
How We Work
As a Client Relations Representative III, you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:
- Assigned workspace in the Nashville office
- Company-issued equipment + remote access
- Formal, hands-on training
Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Responding to customer issues professionally and decisively to ensure prompt resolution.
- Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced team environment and handling special projects without compromising core responsibilities.
- Managing client support requests via email and phone (cases) while tracking and updating records to maintain accountability.
- Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of products, services, and systems, proactively offering training and recommending best practices to clients.
- Collaborating effectively with internal departments to support customer satisfaction and retention.
- Mastering product knowledge, business policy, and resolution procedures to ensure efficient client support.
- Meeting department goals and adhering to standard operating procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
- 1-3 years of experience in business-to-business (B2B) client support or a similar role.
- Previous experience in B2B support preferred, with the ability to be coached and a strong desire for professional growth.
- Strong attendance record within company standards.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and follow-up skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to clearly explain product offerings and functionality.
- Superior customer service skills with a demonstrated ability to react quickly and professionally to resolve client issues.
- Proficient in phone and computer systems, with the ability to handle inbound/outbound calls and collaborate with internal teams.
