                             Sales Development Representative Paymerang

 

What We Need 

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Sales development Representative within our Paymerang division. This position falls under our Paymerang line of business and is in Virgina. In this role, you will be acting as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for identifying and creating new qualified opportunities for outside sales Account Executives. SDRs are the critical first step in the sales outreach process. They identify prospect accounts and critical decision makers and manage direct outreach to build interest in the Corpay solutions. The SDR will serve as an ambassador for Corpay and will need to compellingly articulate Corpay’s value proposition. This position requires, persistence, comfort with cold-calling, and a desire to help businesses embrace the future of finance operations.

As a Sales development Representative you will be expected to work in the Richmond, VA offices. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities

 

  • Becoming skilled at using lead generation tools to generate targeted, accurate lists of contacts and strategic prospects
  • Aligning your sales development process with email, phone and social selling best practices, using various outreach tools to connect with new prospects and schedules product demos.
  • Utilizing strategic questions to speak intelligently with key decisions makers (such as VPs, Controllers, Accounting Managers, Directors of Finance, and CFOs) to learn about their business needs and to build interest in Corpay’s offerings.
  • Effectively educate and demonstrate importance of modernization & automation in Accounts Payable processes
  • Executing appointment setting for outside sales Account Executive’s demo, coordinating meeting details and relevant background information and facilitating meeting kick-off
  • Exceeding quota of outreach activity and qualified meetings held.

 

Basic Qualifications:

 

  • High degree of persistence, self-confidence, and comfort with cold calling
  • Outgoing, energetic, and personable
  • Concise, compelling, and professional communicator who can handle objections and speak to solutions that solve problems for our customers.
  • Highly organized with ability to prioritize key opportunities while managing another workload
  • Capable of building trusting relationship
  • Understanding of accounting operations or financial technology (fintech) products and willingness to learn the industry.
  • Experience in Software as a Service (SAAS), Salesforce, and/or Customer Service a plus
