Strategic Initiatives Director 


What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Strategic Initiatives Director within our North America Vehicle Payments line of business, located in our Atlanta, GA corporate office. In this role, you will support key growth initiatives and lead projects designed to drive both immediate and mid-term revenues across marketing, sales, acquisitions, growth initiatives, and competitive intelligence. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to advance projects and influence individuals at all levels, including executives, through strategic partnership.

Role Responsibilities
As the Strategic Initiatives Director, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Strategy and Growth leadership team on critical sales, marketing, and revenue growth projects
  • Identifying, developing, and managing detailed execution plans to capture growth opportunities
  • Conducting business planning and modeling to drive business decision-making
  • Preparing presentation materials and project updates for senior executives
  • Leading discussions and liaising with various business units and executives
  • Creating business analytics to support growth initiatives
  • Conducting market sizing, growth perspectives, and competitive analysis to drive growth opportunities
  • Fostering effective relationships with key stakeholders (e.g., line of business executives, strategy leads, product teams, IT)
  • Designing go-to-market strategies for sales channels, including roles, compensation, and collateral
  • Providing project management support to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a quantitative/analytics field; MBA preferred
  • 10 years of relevant experience in strategy, consulting, corporate strategy/development, investment banking, business analytics, or product management
  • Experience in hospitality, travel, or fintech is preferred
  • Proven experience interacting with C-level executives
  • Expertise in analytical, financial modeling, and forecasting
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
  • Confident, entrepreneurial, and independent self-starter with high ambition
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet high standards in a demanding environment
  • Experience in B2B services and/or payments is helpful
  • Demonstrated career advancement and strong performance ratings
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities
  • Willingness to actively engage in tasks; strong work ethic
