What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Sales Enablement Program Owner within our Operations division. This position falls under our Corpay line of business and is remote. In this role, you will drive the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of sales enablement programs within Salesforce. In this role, you’ll empower sales teams by ensuring they have the tooling, training, and support needed to meet and exceed their goals using Salesforce. This role will report directly to the Sr. Director, of Salesforce and will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful programs that optimize sales performance, enhance productivity, and align with business objectives.

Role Responsibilities
Salesforce Process Optimization:
- Analyzing current channel and direct sales processes within Salesforce, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation and optimization.
- Designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that support the sales strategy, improve customer experiences, and increase sales productivity.
Sales Process Documentation & Mapping:
- Collaborating with sales leaders to document and map existing sales processes (lead management, opportunity tracking, agreement process, etc.) and translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
- Ensuring Salesforce configuration aligns with best practices for channel and direct sales operations, including the integration of third-party systems or tools.
- Interacting with business/SMEs/Technical stakeholders, steer workshop for requirement elicitation, system impact analysis
Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate closely with sales leaders, product managers, marketing, and other cross-functional partners to ensure alignment and consistency across all enablement efforts.
- Facilitate open communication between sales teams and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and adapt enablement resources to evolving business needs.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Establish and track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform sales leadership of program impacts and areas for enhancement.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior leadership, demonstrating the value and ROI of enablement programs in Salesforce.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvements in both direct and channel sales workflows, working closely with stakeholders to drive innovation.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce updates and emerging technologies to ensure the organization is leveraging the latest capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar role, with a strong focus on sales processes.
- Proven experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, with expertise in channel and direct sales processes.
- Experience working with sales teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and design Salesforce solutions.
- Strong understanding of sales lifecycle, pipeline management, and sales KPIs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and third-party integrations for sales operations.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant) are highly preferred
- Knowledge of channel sales models, including indirect sales, distributor relationships, and partner management.
- Strong data analysis skills, with experience using Salesforce reports, dashboards, and analytics tools.
- Project management experience or familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
