What We Need

 

CORPAY is currently looking to hire an Accounts Resolution Specialist within ALE Solutions division. This position is under our Lodging line of business. The Accounts Resolution Specialist is responsible for managing communication with policyholders to address outstanding balances through phone and email. This role includes handling incoming calls from policyholders wishing to make payments over the phone, arranging and negotiating payment plans with managerial approval, and assisting with department mail management. Additionally, the specialist is tasked with updating and maintaining accurate policyholder records in internal databases to ensure smooth operations and data integrity. You will report directly to the Account Resolutions Manager and regularly collaborate with various departments.

As an Accounts Resolution Specialist, you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. CORPAY will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:  

  • Contacting policyholders regarding outstanding balances owed via phone and email.
  • Assisting with taking incoming calls from policyholders wanting to make payments over the phone.
  • Arranging payment plans with policyholders as approved by Manager.
  • Assisting with incoming and outgoing department mail.
  • Updating and maintaining policyholder files within the internal databases.

Qualifications:  

    • Two years of customer service experience, office/phone experience preferred.
    • Hotel experience a plus.
    • Experience and comfortability with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Experience working with a database a plus
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • The ability to stay organized and multi-task.
    • Problem solving and critical thinking skills.
