What We Need

CORPAY is currently looking to hire a Customer Relations Representative III.  This position falls under our North American Fuel lines of business and is in Nashville, TN. In this role, you will provide business-to-business (B2B) support through inbound emails and phone calls to resolve client and cardholder requests to ensure satisfaction and retention. This position is responsible for assisting with various aspects of client relationships to ensure satisfaction and effective use of products and services to support client retention. You will report directly to the Operations Manager and regularly collaborate with other internal departments.

As a Customer Relations Representative III, you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. CORPAY will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities

  • Reacting quickly and decisively to resolve customer issues in a professional manner
  • Working calmly in a fast-paced team environment;
  • Managing special projects without compromising other responsibilities
  • Responding to customer emails (Cases) and support customer calls when necessary; utilize available tools to track appointments and manage priorities
  • Having In-depth knowledge of products, services, and systems; ability to proactively train and recommend best practices to clients
  • Interacting effectively with internal departments to support the customer base
  • Demonstrating mastery of product knowledge, best practices, business policy, resolution procedures, and resource utilization for a primary product or service
  • Meeting minimum productivity requirements regarding department goals and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High School Education or equivalent, required
  • Successful B2B experience preferred with the ability to be coached, initiative, and desire to have a successful career path within
  • Must maintain an attendance record within company standards, and remain knowledgeable of new products, services, and procedures
  • Excellent level of personal organization. Demonstrated, strong interpersonal skills, analytical skills, attention to detail, and follow-up skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written to properly communicate our product offerings and functionality
  • Superior customer service skills are required, with the ability to react quickly and decisively to resolve customer issues in a professional manner
  • Proficient phone and computer skills; Ability to answer and manage inbound calls, make outbound calls, and work with the other internal departments
