NAL Marketing Manager 

 

What We Need 

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Marketing Manager, NAL (North America Local) within our Corpay North America Fuels division. This position falls under our NAF line of business and is located in Atlanta, GA. In this role you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive new acquisition, customer retention, and achieve business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional departments and lead the implementation of various marketing initiatives. This Marketing Manager position will serve across multiple lines of business and products and must have experience engaging with senior leadership. 

 

 How We Work 

As a NAL Marketing Manager you will be expected to work in Hybrid environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing: 

  • Hybrid – Atlanta, Ga.  Buckhead Office Location
  • Company-issued equipment + remote access  
  • Formal, hands-on training  

 

Role Responsibilities 

  1.  Strategic Planning and Execution: 
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives. 
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. 
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns. 
  1. Campaign Management: 
  • Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, social media, events, and in-product channels. 
  • Ability to manage and execute email campaigns in partnership with marketing operations team. 
  • Tracks spend for marketing initiatives and ensure efficient allocation of resources. 
  1. Product Marketing: 
  • Design and execute customer journeys across acquisition, onboarding, and cross-sell communications.  
  • Lead product positioning, messaging development, marketing claims across lines of businesses and solutions. 
  • Maintain the product and company identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and channels. 
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling content that resonates with target audiences. 
  1. Stakeholder Collaboration: 
  • Work closely with leadership, sales, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives. 
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors. 
  1. Analytics and Reporting: 
  • Analyze marketing performance data and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI. 
  • Prepare regular reports for senior leadership on marketing performance, trends, and market conditions. 
  1. Innovation and Trends: 
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation in marketing approaches. 
  • Evaluate and implement new marketing tools and techniques to enhance effectiveness. 

 

Qualifications & Skills 

  •  Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. 
  • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of marketing experience with product and/or customer marketing. Preferred experience in technology, innovation and/or payments. 
  • Skills: 
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies. 
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills. 
  • Strong ability to navigate complex and fast-paced organizations. 
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems. 
  • Creative thinking with a data-driven approach to decision-making. 
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset

  • Business Acumen: You have strong business acumen which means a few things like (i) ability to think strategically, frame for success and execute tactically (ii) understand how to prioritize most important and (iii) deliver results over short, medium and long term etc. 
  • Attention to Detail: We are looking for people who have an eye for detail to figure out issues beyond high level trends. 
  • Intellectual Curiosity: We are looking for people who have a “hunger to learn” beyond their role and function and who can help others around them grow by influence.
