What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Vendor Enrollment Specialist within our Paymerang division. This position falls under our Operations and Product Teams line of business and is located in Richmond, VA. In this role, you will be part of an ongoing effort to improve the vendor experience at Paymerang by gathering and analyzing data and presenting findings to internal stakeholders. You will report directly to the Director of Vendor Relations and regularly collaborate with Operations and Product teams.

How We Work

As a Vendor Enrollment Specialist, you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

  • Working hybrid with one WFH day per week.

Role Responsibilities

 

  • Researching and identifying difficult “hard to pay” vendors for intake and triage.
  • Researching and identifying the appropriate vendor contacts for engagement
  • Creating templates and tools that improve the set-up, delivery, and follow-up of vendor touchpoints.
  • Creating operational efficiencies by optimizing and standardizing payment methods and payment delivery methods across vendors
  • Managing vendor leads and follow-up during the rollout of Payment Acceptance/Merchant Processing Services
  • Collaborating with our merchant services partner Fiserv through analysis and proposal process
  • Assisting vendors with onboarding and hosted payment page setup

Qualifications & Skills

  • High School Education or equivalent, is required.
  • At least 6 months of experience with vendor data analysis
  • Previous experience in payment processing
  • Ability to identify patterns and trends.
  • Experience translating operational needs into technical requirements.
