Vendor Enrollment Product Specialist

 

What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Vendor Enrollment Product Specialist within our Vendor Enrollment Operations division. This position falls under our Corporate Payments line of business and is located in Brentwood, TN. In this role, you will be an independent contributor that uses payables industry business knowledge coupled with data manipulation skills to analyze data, identify issues and take corrective action as necessary to ensure accurate and timely processing of Comdata Direct, NVP Pay, and Straight Through Processing transactions.  Experience in managing electronic payment transactions and deep customer service experience are required for this role.  Experience with desktop productivity tools such as Microsoft Excel and Word is required.  Qualified candidates are comfortable analyzing data and presenting findings to leadership.  Candidates should have a detailed orientation with an ability to learn/understand business systems design and data flows.  Comfortable with managing competing schedules to meet time-bound deliverables, the ideal candidate will seek to optimize the Corpay customer experience. You will report directly to the Manager, Strategic Campaigns and regularly collaborate with other teams and departments.

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Supporting operational needs by ensuring transactions are processed accurately and according to SLAs
  • Maximizing the use of current tools, reports, and programs to identify process improvements
  • Working with Leadership and Business Partners (when applicable) to access data, conduct analysis, and make recommendations to improve accuracy and business insight
  • Collaborating with operational personnel to understand processing challenges and drive root cause analyses for process issues
  • Ensuring customers are set up correctly to leverage Comdata products
  • Monitoring payment transactions to proactively identify failures
  • Working with solution partners (Master Card, Channel Partners, Internal Stakeholders) to troubleshoot and resolve processing failures
  • Leveraging Salesforce and Corpay proprietary business systems to ensure process integrity
  • Identifying and communicating possible process improvements
  • Effectively communicating challenges or process needs immediately to supervisory personnel
  • Reviewing and maintaining operational data flows to ensure SLA adherence
  • Other responsibilities as defined by supervisory personnel

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Extensive electronic payments work experience
  • Adept at creating and understanding business analysis
  • Minimum 6 years experience business experience or a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with related payables experience
  • Experience using Excel to manage and analyze data sets
  • Customer service experience required
  • Unafraid to think “outside the box” when presenting solutions to business challenges
