Car Wash Assistant Manager - Shoal River Express
The Assistant Car Wash Manager assumes responsibility and demonstrates their ability to perform the day-to-day execution of car wash operations for their assigned area ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence. This includes providing leadership and direction in assigned areas of key business metrics, sales and profitability, merchandising, selling and customer service, asset protection and safety. In addition, the Assistant Car Wash Manager also assists with the recruiting, selection, staffing, training, coaching, and developing subordinate team members.

General Responsibilities:
- Assists with weekly metrics, regular equipment inspections, and hourly quality checks.
- Maintains all standards of car wash operations including visual presentation, security, inventory control, human resources, expense control and operational policies and procedures.
- Performs daily accounting reconciliation and prepares/makes deposits.
- Partners with Car Wash Manager to hire and train car wash employees and ensures adherence to safety rules & regulations.
- Performs opening and closing duties.
- Reviews key performance metrics with car wash staff to drive profitability and service.
Qualifications:
1-2 years’ experience in a car wash environment; working knowledge of car wash mechanics, metrics and financials; must have a proactive safety attitude; be able to aggressively promote the business; proficient in MS Office, able to read, interpret, and apply policies and procedures; able to work long hours including nights & weekends;
