Car Wash Employee - Shoal River Express

The Car Wash Attendant provides an excellent customer service experience to all CEFCO customers, and performs daily car wash operations tasks.  This includes assisting customers entering the car wash, cleaning prepping vehicles, and maintaining the cleanliness of the wash area.

General Responsibilities:

• Maintains high level of customer service for each and every customer.
• Performs necessary vehicle pre-wash inspections for items/vehicles that may cause damage to wash equipment.
• Ensures wash equipment is working correctly and reports any issues immediately to Manager.
• Administers lane and tunnel flow management.
• Maintains cleanliness of wash grounds and customer area.
• Cleans vehicles according to CEFCO standards.

Qualifications:

• 0-6 months of customer service experience (car wash experience is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, and outdoors in variable weather conditions.
• Must be able to work long shift, as needed, and able to stand for 4 or more consecutive hours.
• Weekends and holidays are required.
