Spa Receptionist - FHI

Answer all calls and responds promptly to voicemails, emails, and internet inquiries following all companystandards regarding telephone etiquette and information.
Possess thorough product knowledge of spa services, retail merchandise, wellness programs, hotel roomtypes, room positioning, current rates, facilities, and services within the hotel.
Accurately inputs reservations into the "Book for Time" spa management system, noting requests for specialaccommodations, reservations, service items, etc.
Offer and upsell spa amenities to guests as appropriate.
Review all reservations entered for the day to confirm service rates, guest information, and any specialrequests.
Monitors waitlist for upcoming dates- contacts guest(s) if space becomes available.
Welcoming guests for their treatments in a gracious and professional manager.
Executing Farmhouse Inn spa standard steps of service during the guests' experience.
Assisting the therapist in treatment setups.
Assisting the spa team to open and close the spa.
Working side by side with a dedicated and passionate spa team.

General Requirements:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent.

Experience:
Experience Hospitality or Customer Service related environment.

Qualifications:
Excellent written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills, including phone manner and etiquette.
Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
Strong relationship building skills including ability to lead team members through influence andwork collaboratively with others to achieve desired results, along with strong team developmentskills.
Ability to quickly problem solve and make sensible decisions.
Must possess excellent attention to detail, high level of organization, and the ability to multi-task,follow through and re-prioritize well to meet deadlines on multiple projects.
Scheduling flexibility to meet operational needs, availability on weekends. Working some holidaysis a requirement in this position.
